glass of wine - giving in is extremely easy in such situations.
Problem-solving: You are in control at home. Remove all
tempting foods from your kitchen, create a workout corner at home and make sure
you always have fresh fruit in the kitchen. If you do everything in your power
at home to support the weight loss process and a healthy diet, then you can
treat yourself to this one glass of red wine with your friend.
